Watson FCPA, FCA, currently serves on the Boards of several private companies, affiliates of public companies, as well as not- for- profit entities. He was most recently a consultant to Attorney's Liability Assurance Society (Bermuda) Ltd., (ALAS) a mutual insurance company formed in Bermuda to provide professional liability insurance for large US law firms. Watson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ALAS from 2002 to December 31, 2007. Prior to joining ALAS in 1998, Mr. Watson's career was with Price Waterhouse, initially in London and Montreal and, since 1975, in Bermuda, where he also served as senior partner of the firm. In his later years with Price Waterhouse, Mr. Watson was responsible for managing the worldwide professional indemnity program for the World firm.

Watson is a past president and a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Quebec CPA Order. Steinhoff FCPA, JP, currently serves on the board of one public Bermuda insurance company and several private companies and community charitable organizations. Prior to retiring as Senior partner of KPMG he was an audit partner specializing in Insurance and banking clients and served nineteen years as the firms Managing partner. He has been involved with the development of Bermuda’s insurance industry since 1971, including assisting with the drafting The Bermuda Insurance Act in 1978 and amendments in 1995 and served on the Insurance Advisory Committee for twenty years, including 5 years as its Chairman. He is former Deputy Chairman and Director of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Bermuda’s regulator of financial institutions and its central bank). He also served on a number of working committees of The Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and completed a two year term as President in 1984. He served two years on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Institute of Charted Accountants.

Scott Hunter FCA JP, has served as an independent director since 2002. From 1981 until 2002, Mr. Hunter was Managing Partner of a public accounting practice in Bermuda whose clients included numerous insurance / reinsurance and asset management companies. His practice represented Arthur Andersen from 1986 to 2002 and KMG from 1982 to 1986. Hunter’s public practice career he served as lead client partner on all of his firm’s significant clients.

Hunter has also been active in many business, professional and charitable activities. Hunter is a graduate of Brown University. Nathan is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager at Anchor Investment Management Ltd. He sits on the firm’s investment committee and finance committee and has been with the company since 2003. He began his career with KPMG where he provided assurance, tax and financial advisory services for some of the largest corporations in Canada.

He then worked for Deloitte and Touche Corporate Finance Inc. Where he provided expert advice in mergers and acquisitions and valuations for corporate clients, private equity/venture capital firms, entrepreneurs and governments. Nathan holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations. He is the former President of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Bermuda board and a member of the Corporation of Hamilton’s Finance Committee.

He currently sits as a board member for the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, the Bermuda Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Bermuda Public Accountability Board. He is also the author of “Financial Ramblings from the Rock”, a weekly column featured in Bermuda’s Royal Gazette.

James Gibbons, ChairmanJames Gibbons, born 1963, is a Bermudian citizen, residing in Bermuda. He was educated at Harrow School, England and received a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University in 1985. He worked as a registered representative for Prudential Bache Securities 1985-1986, as a Director of Gibbons Management Services Limited from 1986-1989, as Managing Director of Gibbons Deposit Company Limited from 1989-1999, and is currently President and CEO of CAPITAL G Limited, Chairman of CAPITAL G Bank Limited, and President of Bermuda Air Conditioning Limited. He is an Independent Director of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd and numerous other Boards. He is a member of the Bermuda Government’s Council of Economic Advisors, The Waterfront Task Force, and Monetary Advisory Committee. He was a member of the Mayor’s Commission on the Future of the City of Hamilton (2006-2007) and Public Funds Investment Committee (1993-1998).

He is a member of the Bermuda Zoological Society’s and Youthnet’s Advisory Boards. He is also an Honourary Trustee of the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute. David Gibbons, O.B.E. (Mil), E.D., J.P.David Gibbons was born in 1960. He attended Harrow School in England and Dartmouth College in the USA.

From 1987-1989 he was Aide de Camp to Viscount Dunrossil and Major General Sir Desmond Langley, Governors of Bermuda. He was Commanding Officer, The Bermuda Regiment from 2000-2002. He is currently Managing Director of Bermuda Motors, Managing Director of Gibbons Co. Ltd, Marketing Director of Burrows, Lightbourn Ltd., Director and Member of the Executive Committee, Colonial Group International, and holds numerous other Directorships. He is a member of the Bermuda Regiment’s Defence Board and Promotions Board. He is President of The Bermuda Squash Racquets Association.
